Podcast #13 – Enjoying Home; The Battle for Sleep

September 1st, 2005

A hurricane came between me and my meetings in Tampa, so I stayed home for an entire week. This week’s podcast has a bit of local flavor and sound, talking about how to spend rare time off the road, what we’ll do for sleep, and introducing a new poll — what’s your favorite US airline? Also, some pointers to people who are linking to the TravelCommons website. Here’s a direct link to the podcast file.

I am really enjoying your show. Just recently found it via podcastalley.com. Would you know the name of that song in the middle of Podcast 13, the one about sleep? Thanks, and happy podding.

The song is called Sleep. It’s by Shelby Lynne from her latest album Suit Yourself. Here’s a direct link to the song in iTunes. Her track record has been a bit spotty, but I remain a big fan of her break-out album (there’s a word that shows one’s age) I Am Shelby Lynne. Glad to hear that you’re enjoying the podcast. I appreciate the comments and hope you stay subscribed.

      Regards,
      Mark
