Podcast #19 - Colors in Travel; Visit to a Southern City

October 21st, 2005

This week’s podcast is recorded in the bathroom of the Marriott Courtyard in East Memphis. I talk about the autumn tree colors coming visible from airports up North and worry about catching avian flu while breathing the same air as 150 other travelers. I talk a bit about some changes in Memphis since my high school days and talk about how it remains a Southern city. Here’s a direct link to the podcast file.

      Dan -

I never tire of getting compliments :) Seriously, I’m glad that you enjoy the podcast. Nice picture on the HotelCoffee iTunes page — I’d never have the nerve to post my own picture. Just listened to the Billings, MT podcast and enjoyed it. I look forward to hearing some good travel stories from you.

      Regards,
      Mark
