Is it just me or is <instert site here> down?

Every now and then I’ll get settled in a hotel, hookup my laptop, get on their horrendously slow WiFi and find that a certain site doesn’t work. It could be my PC, it could be the stupid hotel connection, or it could just be that the site really is down.

That is where downforeveryoneorjustme comes in handy. Simply enter the site name in question, and they’ll check to see if it really is down, or if it just you (which probably means the hotel has blocked it or their connection has issues).
