Online video all started with Youtube (which according to Lewis Black is the root of all evil), and it was followed by 100’s of other video sharing sites.

95% of all online video consists of Rick Astley clips, and people on their webcam lip syncing to their favorite Britney Spears song, but thankfully there is a small percentage left that is actually worth watching.

If you need a way to kill some time (or just want to look busy at the office), then check out Truveo. This AOL owned site is a central video search engine. It combines the search results from 100’s of video services and even lets you watch most of them without leaving their site.

If you can’t think of any search terms, then you can also browse their "most popular" video clips, sorted by news, comedy, music, viral, sports and entertainment. It isn’t a very pretty site, but I’ve found it to be surprisingly effective at finding clips I couldn’t find elsewhere, on sites I had never heard of.
