Several months ago I mentioned how Apple is doing everything it can to keep Magsafe technology to itself.
Up till now the only way to charge your Macbook/Pro/Air was to purchase the Apple Magsafe Air cable, or to drag along your AC adapter with a DC/AC inverter.
Thankfully aptly named developer "Mikegyver" has designed a line of Magsafe adapter cables that fit 2 of the most popular airline/car chargers on the market.
He has Magsafe tips available for the Kensington 120Watt charger, and the iGo Everywhere 130.
They are not cheap, but if you need more flexibility in charging your device, it’s pretty much your only option. You can thank Apple for that…
