This is one of the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen on a GPS unit with these specifications; the Harman Kardon GPS-300 has a 4 inch screen, 2Gb memory and an SD card slot. At $94.10 it’s a real bargain.
As always with Amazon, the reviews are mixed but on average it’s a 4-star product.
