Well, that is fast. The HTC Touch Diamond was only announced a month ago, and is already on sale in Hong Kong.

The first US imports should arrive here pretty soon too, though msmobiles.com does warn people to wait so they can be sure they’ll get a model that actually works over here.

I’m quite surprised HTC managed to go from announcement to sales this quickly; they either had the device pretty much finished when they announced it, or they worked like mad to get it ready before Apple could (and will) steal their thunder next week. It’s just a shame that SonyEricsson can’t follow this example and get the Xperia X1 on shelves sooner.
