imageThis week, Belkin announced their newest laptop bag. The Flythru bag features a clear window and a zipper that unfolds the bag in the middle, allowing it to pass through the checkpoint without removing your laptop.

At $42.80 it is currently the cheapest checkpoint friendly bag on the market.

I have the Skooba Checkthrough and I love it. Yes, more expensive, but you know what they say about getting what you pay for….

Hmm. I have a Spire backpack with a “boot” (a heavily padded sleeve that can very easily be pulled out of the backpack) for the laptop. Even though it’s several years old, I assume it will meet the TSA requirements, so I am planning to just go that route instead of buying a whole new bag (of which I have already way too many as my wife will attest).
