I didn't even need to give the offer code. I just said, "I got a flyer enclosed in my Citibank statement and I'm calling about the survey." They said, "great, let me just get your checking account number..." Of course, I didn't get that statement, but the rep didn't seem to be concerned about verifying anything other than looking up my account info and asking if I banked with any other banks. Thanks!! I never actually got a flyer either, but after I spoke to the Citi rep about other Citi products (FYI, i's a very soft sell approach, & I wasn't interested), they told me I'd be credited with 6,000 Thank You points within 90 days.) Try again.
