Bank of America Worldpoints offered one and only one redemption option of reasonable value per point — transfers to Aeroplan. With the right card you could earn 2 Aeroplan points per dollar.

Unfortunately it appears that this option will be ending on January 31.

You will still, however, be able to hire an Elvis impersonator for about 17,000 points. Or redeem for 2-D glasses, a spermbike, a McWedding, or even ice cream made from breast milk if you must.

Thank God they didn’t elininate the Elvis impersonator. Whew! That was a close one.

Wait, can not convert an Elvis impersonator, to a Chic-fil-a cow (eat more chicken the cows say), and then some way turn that in Skymiles. I mean, you can get Skymiles for everything right?

will this also eliminate the FIA card services with the fidelity card transfers to Aeroplan

  4. Jason said,

Looks like I now have no use for my Aeroplan account!

@Dov FIA Card Services = Bank of America, no?

  6. Dov said,

@Gary They are Indeed owned by BOA but act as separate entity, The reason I ask is because I see no notice about that on my recent Nov. Fidelity statement
