American Express seems to offer 75,000 points for their Business Gold Rewards card with some frequency, though the last time I saw it was January.
The offer is back and requires $10,000 minimum spend within 4 months to get the bonus.
The standard offer on this card is no signup bonus, I got the card myself in December 2011 with a 50,000 point signup bonus after $10,000 in spend. So this is better than the offer I used to get the card. Although the high minimum spend will scare many folks off.
If you’ve had a Business Gold Rewards or, say, Business Platinum card within the past 12 months you aren’t eligible for the bonus.
The card waives the $175 annual fee the first year and offers triple points on airfare and double points on advertising, gas, and shipping.
The application lists an expiration of March 14th, but I’ve seen others reference an end date of March 8th (which would be more in keeping with other limited time 75,000 point offers I’ve seen Amex make for this card).

Gary, just approved for the personal AMEX platinum during the great 100K offer night in January, would it be wise to grab this one now or too many AMEX apps at a time. I do have well-established small business with FEIN.

Gary – if I had an AMEX Gold Business card for an employer in the last year (its closed now), would that exclude me from the offer if I were to apply as a sole proprietorship?

I did my last churn on Dec 31st and I usually wait 91 days for another one…this is short of that…should I still go for it and apply for other cards as well?

Could not get this application to fully process with Chrome, but had no problem with IE. I have had Business Gold under sole proprietorship for years. Applied today as corporation and approved immediately, assume algorithm uses personal SSN for credit-worthiness as I have no credit history under corporation. Had no problem with personal AmEx 100k bonus offer, but screen-shotted the bonus offer just in case.
