The on-demand car service Uber is giving away free rides this week in Atlanta (September 30 – October 3). Each person can get up to four free rides of $30 each – which is amazing!

Some things to know about this promotion:

  • You must enter promo code ATLLOVESuberX in your Uber account
  • Only valid for uberX rides (does no apply to uberTaxi, UberBlack, or SuberSUV)
  • Your ride must begin or end in Atlanta and is valid up to $30 (four rides per account) – you will need to pay any amount over $30

The great thing about this promotion which differs from many others is that this is NOT for new Uber accounts only – even if you’ve applied a promotion to your account previously, you can still apply this code as well.

Now, if you are a new Uber member, you can maximize by signing up through a referral first.

  • New Uber members can get a free $10 credit just be signing up. This sign up must come from an existing member (the referrer receives a $10 credit as well after you take your first Uber trip).
  • Apply the four free rides in Atlanta by using code ATLLOVESuberX
  • Purchase a $25 Uber voucher for $5 through Living Social (first time Uber members only), read this prior post to learn more

To user Uber, you will need to download the app on your phone and enter your username/passcode. Enjoy!

Thanks to Points, Miles, and Martinis for sharing this deal!
