Hilton just announced their next promotion which will start May 1st and run through July 31st. With this promotion you will earn double points or miles on all stays during the promotional timeframe.

You must first register at here prior to your first stay. You will then have the option to select double points or double miles. Once selected, there is no changing your decision.

Now that you can no longer earn Points + Fixed Miles for your double dip option the “double miles” option isn’t as good, in my opinion. You used to be able to get a nice number of miles for cheap one night stays, but that is no longer the case. I personally would opt for the double points option. Assuming you select Points + Points as your double dip option, and select “Double Points” as your promotion option, you’ll receive 25 points per $1 spent, plus additional points if you are silver, gold, or diamond.

Unfortunately, many hotels in within the US have opted to not participate in this promotion. Make sure to check out this list prior to booking your stay.

You can check out all airline partnerships with Hilton here as the number of points/miles received per airline differ.
