@ Frank – No. Points & Money stays are considered reward stays and are ineligble for promotion credit.

    Hotel Reward Stays
1.Hotel Reward Stays (“Reward Stays”) are hotel stays at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio with the use of points combined with payment, where available, or a Reward Certificate. If at least one night of the Member’s stay is consumed with the use of points, the entire stay is considered a Reward Stay.

2.There are four possible types of Reward Stays that Members can redeem, depending on the hotel:

1.Standard Room Rewards – Members can use HHonors Points to book a standard room, as defined by each hotel and subject to availability. View Information on number of points required for Standard Room Rewards.

2.Points & Money Rewards™ – At participating hotels, Members can use a combination of HHonors Points and money to book a standard room, as defined by each hotel and subject to availability. The number of points required to redeem Points & Money Rewards™ varies by hotel, booking date and stay date.

3.Premium Room Rewards – Members can use HHonors Points to book any premium room (any room or suite categorized above standard room designation, as determined by Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C. and participating hotel) available at booking. The number of points required to redeem Premium Room Rewards varies by room, hotel, booking date, and stay date.

4.Room Upgrade Rewards – Members can use HHonors Points to upgrade a confirmed, existing reservation to any premium room (any room or suite categorized above standard room designation, as determined by Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C. and participating hotel) available. This option is not available for reservations booked via Advance Purchase Rate, reservations that are part of a blocked group of rooms, or reservations that are made with a promotional Free Night Certificate. This option can be used only once per reservation. The number of points required to redeem Room Upgrade Rewards varies by room, hotel, booking date, and stay date. Unlike the other Rewards options, Room Upgrade Rewards can be redeemed at the front-desk of some participating hotels.
