Is this worth a mattress run? I can get a
hotel closer to work (saving me 45 min) but costs $85.

I value 750 UA miles at $10 to $15. I don’t think it is worth a mattress run.

If you plan to stay at Best Western hotels over the next year, then 10% bonus points is a nice bonus to have, but this offer is not worth paying for a hotel you do not need.

another issue—is its per stay–not per night. Its a bad offer if you were planning on doing a 4 nights in a row at a BW.
