Part of what I hope to do in 2013 is bring some new tools and better organization to this site. When you first start blogging it is inconceivable that a) anyone will read what you write anyway and b) that you will eventually have enough content that it needs to be organized to be useful, so you just start throwing up some posts and don’t give much thought to what will happen when there are eventually hundreds and then thousands of posts to sift through. It’s still humbling and amazing that folks read this site, but it is now very easy to believe that I need some tools to make some content easier to find and utilize.
The first one of these tools that is now ready is a listing of the hotel reviews and some trip reports that I have completed since launching this site. There are a few that are back-logged I need to complete and add to the list, but more or less it is now functional. I will be adding to the list as I am able to visit more hotels in the future. I know I like to be able to read multiple reviews of a hotel before I decide if it is right for my family, so feel free to add this tool to your list of resources to utilize when making that decision going forward.
Soon I hope to have a drop down listing of various travel planning tools to help planning a family trip a little easier, but this is a start. If you can think of other things you would like to see added to this site in 2013 let me know and I’ll see what I can do. Thanks! In case you are curious, here are the hotel reviews and such that are currently available from that brand new tab.
