How To Check If You Have Delta eCredits

Step 1: Navigate to My Delta

Go to the home page, log-in and select the My Delta page. This will direct you to a page with all of your information stored within your account.

Step 2: Select My Wallet

Select the My Wallet option in the upper right hand corner and specifically the Credits and Certificates option. This will display all of the Credits, Certificates, eCertificates and eCredits in your account.

Step 3:View Certificates and eCredits

The last step allows you to view each specific type of credit or certificate. A few examples include the following:

  • Delta eCerts – These can be redeemed for a variety of money-saving offers on eligible flights. These include the companion passes like the one you’ll receive from the Delta Reserve card from paying the annual fee on the card, which can make the fee well worth it in my opinion.
  • Delta eCredits – are a specific monetary value that can be applied as payment toward the cost of a Delta ticket and any government-imposed taxes and fees
