Assuming they are on the current list of cities, you could get these for 8,750 each in economy using the city AA rewards discount. You could even fly in first for 21,250 miles each way.
I appreciate that it’s a reduced price, but LAX-LAS for 10,000 miles each way still doesn’t sound like a great value. I mean, it’s a 45 minute flight.
There are several cities with the discount. NYC is another example.
