I remember when UA and CO used to concentrate on airline service. Now the joint company seems to be a flying greyhound subsiduary of Chase. Perhaps they should concentrate on fixing their failing airline and put the gimmicks to one side.
@Traveller – and here I am about to 1K challenge and book a July of business trips on them, add to my lifetime total of one UA flight in 1997 NRT-SHA, and handful of SkyTeam-era CO flights, which I liked.
