Play & Stay rules state: “Referrals may be sent only to people personally known to the Referrer. If Promotion Entities suspect fraudulent referrals the LuckyDiem member making the referrals may be disqualified from participation and will not be eligible for any prize consideration.”
Sadly, it appears that the NY Times offer is not good for US residents. Any way around this?
