  1. i just watched this again yesterday. I am as bad with this as my kids watching the same disney flick over and over. You just wish you could show this to people who play the “I am a diamond card” at the time it is happening. When I see them at the airport or the hotel, I instinctively want to play this video for them. Of course, they would say, OBVIOUSLY, they aren’t talking about ME int his video, becaue my situation is different.

  2. Same here – I received a lot of laughs and even an upgrade at a few full-service Hyatts when I’d break out the monotone, “But I am a Diamond Guest” imitation with the front desk.

  3. Funny! If you have not already seen the IPhone HTC one on youtube do yourself a favor and watch it. You’ll be rolling on the floor.

  4. The ending reminded me of the time my mother in law was flying to FLL and lost her hotel reservation, so she wasn’t sure of the hotel name. Her last words as I dropped her off at the airport were “no problem, I’ve been to this hotel before and it’s easy to find — it’s right on the beach!”

  5. Petulant child! I want to memorize this! No wait….that would be dangerous I work in customer service.
