Review: Delta Sky Club – Boston Logan Int’l (BOS), Terminal A (Satellite)

by Adam Stuart | February 4, 2026 | 0 Comments

The larger of the two Sky Clubs in Terminal A is an excellent domestic lounge with luxurious furnishings, showers and an excellent buffet.

The summary

The lounge is found to the right, just after ascending into the satellite portion of Logan’s Terminal A.  The lounge is one level above the departure gates, meaning guests must access the lounge via an elevator or ascend a staircase. There is an attractive reception desk upon arrival on the upper level. Lounge access is generally granted to travelers no more than 3 hours before departure. I arrived early, but the reception agents kindly let me enter since the lounge was not that busy.

Upon entering, restrooms are to the immediate left. Straight ahead is a large soft drink/coffee station and a very large seating area.

The décor is both modern and warm. I sat at a large wood-carved table with outlets. There were typical loungers, sofas, table seating, high-top counter seating, and comfortable chairs along the windows facing the tarmac. Warm earth tones predominate.

At the back of this room is large and attractive seating area fronted by a TV wall – similar to the one found at LaGuardia.  To the immediate right past entry is separate manned customer service desk, separated from the main lounge area by a slated wood divider and backed by attractive artwork.

Past the reception desk is another room that would be perfect for large groups. The room has a large wood table and attractive artwork. It is also partially divided from the main part of the lounge. Across from this room is a small seating area with burnt orange chairs backed by an attractive mural.

Further to the right are additional restrooms and a few shower suites. The suites were occupied – so I did not get picture. Having showers in a domestic lounge is a definite plus! The restrooms are stocked with Grown Alchemist Products. I appreciate the automatic sensor that allows for touch free entry/exit from the restrooms.

Instead of heading to the restrooms, guests can take a left and arrive at the main buffet and bar. The breakfast buffet was substantial: breakfast sandwiches, muffins, breads and bagels, cheeses, salami, spreads (including smoked salmon cream cheese), yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, eggs, chicken sausage, and potatoes. I wish people would take their debris away from the buffet – but at least the staff was diligent in picking things up.

There was a coffee and soft drink station adjacent to the buffet. Juices and infused water were available.

Just past the buffet was the bar. Like all domestic Sky Clubs, there was an extensive menu of complementary wine and cocktails as well as premium drinks/wines, which can be paid for with miles or money. There were a few seats at the bar. Beyond the bar and buffet is another large seating area with large windows offering tarmac view. There is another coffee and soft drink area in back of this room.

Internet was password protected but very fast.  Lounge attendants worked diligently to keep the lounge clean.

The wrap

the details: Date: February 2, 2026. Rating: Excellent. Access: Delta flight, Platinum Card.

….What I like: The buffet, the décor, shower suites.

—What I don’t like: Not much really, but the bar itself was not attractive (unlike the ones at LaGuardia).
