バックグラウンド ホテルポイントを使って泊まる。すると現金が出ていくことなく無料で泊まることができるからお得。 しかし、近年の日本ホテルのレート高騰により、ホテルポイント必要数も増加の傾向。特に東京にあるホテルはどんどん高く、そしてポイントが必要となっています。 日本に行くほとんどの場合はNRTかHND経由だと思います。関東に実家がない場合は到着日または出発日の前日は東京で過ごす。その時にホテルに泊まるという人も多いのではないでしょうか？ いくら現金が出て行かないホテルポイントを使っているからと言っても、飛行機に乗るための前泊でかなりのポイント数を使わないといけないことについて、ちょっともったいないと思っているのは私だけではないはず。 この記事では1つの対策として、こんなことも可能じゃない？という提案をしてみたいと思います 東京に用事があるなら泊まるのは理にかなっている 到着日または出発日の前泊を東京でする理由は、友達や家族がいる。という場合はたくさんのホテルポイントを使って東京に泊まるとしても大変有意義な使い方だと思います。 逆に、家族はいないし泊まるのは平日だから日本の友達で平日会ってくれる人はいない。けどNRTやHND経由というのが理由だけでとりあえず泊まる場合で、特にHND発着だとNRTと比べると周りに安めのホテルが少ないのが難点だと私は感じてます。   私の場合 実家は新潟です。NRTにもHNDにも直行便がありません。マイルがある関係で新幹線ではなくいつも飛行機でHNDかNRTに移動します。なので必然的に東京で1-3泊するということをここ数年ずっと続けてきました。 週末に東京にいるなら高校の友達もいるし、SPTメンバーもいるので会うことができますが、平日だとなかなか会ってくれる人が少ない。さらに東京の観光スポットはすでに色々行ったことがあるので観光モードではない。ついでに東京のホテルは高級ホテルが多くポイントがたくさん必要。 「これだけポイント使って東京泊まる理由ってあるのかな？」 「前に泊まったことあるホテルだし、安心はするけど新鮮さがあまりないな」 と思うようになりました。必要ポイント数が少なかった時は特に感じませんでしたが、ここ数年は1泊するためだけのために使うのはもったいないポイント数なのが気になりました。 そこで考えたことが、大阪、札幌、福岡で1泊して早朝便でHND入りすれば東京でホテルポイント使うことなくいいんじゃない？ でした。 大阪、札幌、福岡のホテルは質を考えると今でも良心的なポイント数設定のところが多い。さらにAlaskaポイントなどを使ってStopoverを使えば数泊することも可能。 ざっくりですが、東京の1泊分のポイント数あれば大阪、札幌、福岡だと2-3泊できてしまう感覚です。ポイントをより効率的に使うという意味にもなりますね。   早朝便 国際線の出発が朝早い便だとこの記事で紹介している方法は使えませんが、お昼前後かそれ以降であれば大丈夫だと思います。もちろん別切りチケットで予約する場合は、遅延やキャンセルで国内線が遅れて国際線に乗れない場合はNo-showでチケットキャンセルされるので、十分な乗り継ぎ時間を取ることが必要ですし、リスクはあります。 ちょっと注意しないといけないことはあるけど、実際に可能なのか？朝の便でHNDに10時までに到着できる便を調べてみました↓ 大阪伊丹 7:05 am – 8:15 am (ANA & JAL) 7:25 am – 8:40 an (JAL) 7:30 am – 8:45 am (ANA) 8:00 am – 9:15 am...
