バックグラウンド Park Hyatt Istanbulに3泊している間に観光とトルコ料理を満喫しました。世界3大料理の中にトルコ料理が入ってること自体に昔からなんでなんだろう？と思っていて、今回トルコ料理をやっと体験できる機会がきました。 Deniz yıldızı Google Map 小腹が減ったので入ってみました。これがイスタンブールで有名なサバサンド。フランスパンも美味しくサバもいい感じでした。安心する味です。美味しいかわからなかったので3人で2つをオーダーしました 350 TRY Sehzade cag kebap Google Map たくさんのYouTubeで紹介されていました。Lamb肉だけど匂いが全くしない美味しい肉！ということで入りました。 こちらがメニュー↓ オーダーしたのはKebabx2とTurkish tea x3 炭火で焼かれたLambは本当に匂いもなく美味しかったです。でもこれで11ドルぐらいなので割高な気はします。トルコはインフレが激しいので一気に物が高くなっているようです。 1,110 TRY Hatay Medeniyetler sofrasi Google Map ローカル客で賑わうレストランということで来てみました。確かに店内に入ると、ローカルっぽい人が大多数でした。 メニューはとんでもないページ数があったので写真撮るのをあきらめました。 Eggplant yorgurt よくQatarのラウンジまたはビジネスクラスで出てくるSalad これは両方美味しかったです！ Meat ball 香辛料使われた肉が中に入っています。今まで食べたことのない味でした。6個のセットをオーダーしなくてよかったです。 Mixed kebab イスタンブールのKebabは各段に美味しいんじゃないか？という疑惑が自分の中にはありました。しかし、そんなことはない。Lamb肉はアメリカのものよりも匂いがよりきついです。これならわざわざトルコ来て食べる必要がないんじゃないのかなーと思いました。 Kebab & eggplant トルコは焼きナスが美味しいとネットで情報を得たのでオーダーしてみました。確かにトロトロして美味しいのですが、ナスを炭火で焼いただけですよね？って感じ Fruit plate (なぜかサービス)...
