Review: The Club at Buffalo Niagara Int’l Airport (BUF), Terminal 2, E Gates

by Adam Stuart | August 24, 2025 | 0 Comments

The Club, a Priority Pass Lounge and the only lounge at Buffalo’s airport has a decent breakfast buffet and nice views of the tarmac. However, several exposed ventilation pipes severely mar the space.

The summary

The lounge is easily found: it is right after travelers clear security and near gate 6 in the single concourse. After presenting your credentials (priority pass card and boarding pass), you enter the lounge and can go either left or right. To the right is the main seating area. The area is broken up nicely by some half walls and dividers. Floor to ceiling windows flood the space with light.

There is a variety of seating: tables, chairs, and sofas. The furnishings are functional – not luxurious. There are plenty of outlets. But there are several exposed large ventilation pipes throughout the space. I learned that this is an airport-wide problem.

I hope this is a temporary issue and the operator of the lounge fixes the heat/ac issues soon. These exposed pipes seriously mar the look of the space. Adjacent to the main room are two individual bathrooms. They are surprisingly large and seem well appointed.

To the left past entry is the bar and dining area. It was nearly empty when I arrived in the morning but soon filled up. The bar is “ok”. It was not manned early in the morning. I cannot tell whether the offerings were complementary or if there was a charge. At the end of the bar were two coffee urns. The coffee was pretty good. Across from the bar were some tables with chairs and backed by a sofa, where I planted myself during my stay.

Behind the bar was the buffet. It was decent for breakfast. There were a variety of hot and cold items (scrambled eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread and muffins. and more. At the end of the buffet was the espresso machine with a soft drink refrigerator below.

Internet access was password protected and worked well. The staff interactions were pleasant. But I admit, I could not get past the exposed ventilation pipes – they were everywhere!

The wrap

The details. Date – August 24 2025. Rating: Use in a pinch. Access: Priority pass

What I like: Decent buffet, nice washrooms, friendly staff

What I don’t like: Tired decor, did I mention the ventilation pipes?
