Review: United Club – Denver (DEN), Concourse B (West)

by Adam Stuart | December 24, 2025 | 0 Comments

United’s newest lounge in Denver is one of the largest in the system gets my vote for the most beautiful domestic United Club in the network.

The summary

The lounge is near gate B32 on the west side of Denver International’s massive B concourse.  The lounge builds on the Colorado-themed décor of its counterpoint by gate B44. Although slightly smaller than the B44 club, this club has a more elevated and luxurious feel. The lounge is on three levels (with the welcome desk on the gates level) and guests ascend an escalator to enter the lounge. Like most new United Clubs, there is a scanned entry, although a gate agent is present to assist travelers.

The two main floors are nearly identical. They have similar seating, similar buffets, washrooms, great views of the tarmac and a décor highlighted by fireplaces and the use of wood to give the space an alpine feel. Here are pictures of the seats on the lower floor.  I especially like the seating area behind the fireplace, which greets all guests when they ascend into the lounge. There is also a customer service desk on each level.

The bar on the lower level is to the left once you ascend into the lounge. The bar has an industrial-brewery aesthetic. Like all domestic United Clubs, there are complementary items but a charge for more premium cocktails. There is plenty of seating around the bar. You will not go thirsty in a United Club. There are coffee/espresso stations, infused water, soft drink machines, and juices.

The buffet is to the right. For breakfast there was a variety of items: yogurt, fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs and egg whites, sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, charcuterie, breads and other baked items.

The top floor of the lounge is my favorite and has a more luxurious feel. The bar is to the left and is lovely and has a more upscale/lodge feel to it. In addition, there is a lot more artwork on this level in addition to a game table. The seating too has a more refined feel.

The buffet items were identical to the buffet on the lower level, except this level had hot biscuits instead of cinnamon rolls.

As in all United Clubs, Internet was very fast and there were outlets near every seat. The staff throughout was very friendly.  This lounge is beautiful and upscale. The lack of showers is noticeable, leaving the lounge at Newark C123 as the only domestic United Club (not Polaris lounges) with this feature. In addition, the Newark C123 has an onsite barista. If this lounge had these features, it would be rated even higher.

the details: Date: December 21, 2025. Rating: Awesome. Access: United Club member.

….What I like: The luxurious decor, the large size, nice breakfast buffet, the friendly staff.

—What I don’t like: If there were showers, this would rival the London Heathrow lounge as the best United Club.
