The only thing I would add is if people don’t mind some driving, look into either flying into State College PA or staying near there. State College is home to Penn State and hosts 100,000+ football games in the fall and although the infrastructure struggles somewhat to handle it, it still is much more than you would normally get for a city that size. Hotels are also built up around college towns in the area like Selinsgrove (Susquehanna), Lewisburg (Bucknell), Lock Haven (Commonwealth Univ–Lock Haven Campus) and of course State College (Penn State).
