Review: The Lounge Boston (BOS) – Terminal C

by Adam Stuart | November 22, 2025 | 0 Comments

Functional, featureless, with a nice buffet.

The only lounge (for now) in Boston Logan’s Terminal C has a decent breakfast buffet, but the entire lounge has a makeshift, temporary feel.

The summary

This is an independent Priority Pass lounge that is also open to qualified Etihad passengers. It is located near gate C19 – in the Jetblue terminal. It is the only lounge in the C gates until Jetblue opens a lounge in 2026.

The morning I visited it was busy but not too crowded. The lounge will not win any design awards. It is really just one long room with typical lounge chairs and, in the area near the buffet, some tables and high-top seating. Large windows overlook the tarmac. Some of the seats are in dire need of cleaning! There were not that many outlets. The staff was friendly. Guests use the airport Internet – which is very fast.

The best feature is the food. I thought it was a very nice breakfast buffet, highlighted by mini-omelets. There was also yogurt, fruit, cereals (hot and cold), breads, spreads, and muffins. There was also an infused water station by the buffet.

At this early hour, the small bar was not serving. However, there was a decent – and rather inventive – drink menu, and there seemed to be no charge for drinks. A coffee bar lined the wall in the main part of the lounge, across from the seating area.

The washroom was functional. Thumbs down to the garbage that was in the hallway by the washroom.

The wrap

The details: November 22, 2025. Rating: Get’s the job done. Access: Priority Pass.

What I like: The surprisingly nice breakfast buffet, the staff, bar menu.

What I don’t like: The decor, lack of outlets, visible garbage

Cabin video from the Frontier evacuation shows flight attendants pleading, “Leave the bags!” as passengers took carry-ons anyway. The exchange captures why emergency evacuations rarely work the way safety briefings imagine: people panic, protect their belongings, film, and make split-second choices that can slow everyone down.

oreign airlines often make passengers weigh carry-on bags at the gate, sometimes limiting them to just 15.4 pounds including the bag itself.
